Booking

The reservation will be considered definitive only after reception of the signed reservation contract and general rental conditions and a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance of the rent must be paid at least 15 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period, the deposit will be fully refunded. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period, the deposit will be retained by the owner. For any cancellation between 15 days and the day the keys are handed over, the totality of the stay will be due.

Due to the health situation linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, any reservation that cannot be honoured due to government decisions prohibiting travel between regions will be reimbursed.

Security deposit

A deposit check of 2000 € will be requested upon arrival. The deposit check will be returned after the inventory of fixtures and the end of stay cleaning.
